The Carhartt WIP x New Balance 990v6 "Sculpture Center" is a collaboration by the popular heritage clothing brand on a colorway of the lifestyle sneaker inspired by neighborhood gyms. A partnership that began in 2022, the Carhartt WIP and New Balance pairing gives the latter’s popular casual shoe a design inspired by neighborhood gyms and the hard-working mentality commonly found in them. As for the design more specifically, the shoe has a grey mesh base contrasted with tan suede and brown leather overlays throughout. Green “N” branding appears on either side. A “Carhartt WIP” patch is seen on the tongue. Overall, the color scheme is reminiscent of the colors of Carhartt WIP’s workwear-inspired clothes. Release date: October 20, 2023
