The Nike Air Max 1 Premium “Wabi-Sabi” is a regional release of the retro running shoe that was available in Asian-Pacific markets in March 2022. The limited edition “Wabi-Sabi” Air Max 1 Premium is inspired by the ancient Japanese ideology that there is beauty in every aspect of imperfection in nature. The shoe features a cream-colored textile base with a beige leather overlay on the mid-panel and shades of olive green on the mudguard. A dark olive green leather Swoosh can be found on both sides of the shoe, and a small frayed white Swoosh is embroidered on the forefoot. Red contrast stitching is embroidered on the lateral side of the mudguard, symbolizing the design’s mantra of beauty of imperfection. Release date: March 26, 2022
